Return/Exchange Policy

Dollger offers a one-year warranty after receiving the products. If there are any issues, such as dislike, size issue, uncomfortable prescription, please contact service@dollger.com  within 30 days after receiving the products, otherwise, issues will not be accepted. Please note that items purchased during a sale or from our sale page are not eligible for RETURN or EXCHANGE.

Before you start your return, here's a few things you need to know.

1. Only damaged item will back the shipping fee

2. If the reason for the customer's return and exchange does not meet the above, the freight will be borne by the customers

3. All returned glasses must be in the complete original packaging, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

4. Only items received in the last 30 days for non-prescription products are eligible for returns.

5. We also need one photo of the product

How soon will I get my refund?

Once we have received and inspected your items you will get your refund within 1-2 business days. We will send a confirmation email when the refund is complete. We will refund any unused portion of the store credit coupon code.
